These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlowAudit (the "Service"), operated by Poplab OÜ, registry code 14772137, Sepapaja 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FlowAudit is an AI-powered UX audit tool. You submit a URL and describe a desired user outcome, and the Service returns a prioritized list of UX issues (P0/P1/P2) along with suggested copy and interaction improvements. Audits are generated by automated AI models and are advisory in nature.

You must register an account to use most features and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into these Terms.

The Service operates on a credit-based model. Each completed audit consumes credits as described on the pricing page. If an audit fails for technical reasons on our side, the credits consumed for that audit are automatically refunded to your balance. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Credit expiry. Monthly subscription credits are tied to your billing period: they reset each cycle and do not roll over into the next month — unused monthly credits expire when the subscription renews. One-time credit packs you purchase, and any bonus or complimentary audit credits we grant you, stay valid for one year from the date they are added to your account, after which any unused amount expires. Expired credits are removed from your balance automatically and cannot be reinstated.

No refunds. All payments — subscriptions and credit packs alike — are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable mandatory law. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund amounts already paid, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• submit or generate any unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from competitors' websites, or otherwise use the Service for unauthorised data collection;
• submit URLs or content you are not authorised to evaluate;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.

The audit outputs we generate for you belong to you. You may use, modify, and share them freely. The FlowAudit platform, software, branding, and underlying models remain the property of Poplab OÜ and its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit.

To run an audit we capture and/or accept screenshots of the pages and flows you submit, along with the text you provide (URL, goal, and context). Screenshots are stored only as long as needed to produce and display your report and are automatically deleted after 90 days. The text-based audit report itself is retained in your audit history for as long as your account remains active, so you can revisit and compare past audits, unless you delete it or your account sooner.

If you use FlowAudit, you grant Poplab OÜ the right to display your company name and logo on the FlowAudit homepage, website, and marketing materials to identify you as a customer or user of the Service. If you would prefer we not do this, contact us at flowaudit@poplab.io and we will remove your logo within a reasonable period.

Audit outputs are AI-generated suggestions, not professional UX, design, legal, or business advice. They may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any recommendations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poplab OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under EU law.
